The Babbe youths have expressed their full support for the resumption of oil exploration in Ogoniland. However, they have also called on President Bola Tinubu to intervene and address the actions of Nyesom Wike, the current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and former governor of Rivers State, as well as Rt. Hon. Martins Amaehule, Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly. The youths have urged these figures to allow Governor Siminalayi Fubara to focus on the development of Ogoniland and other parts of the state, as promised.
