The kidnapped Dean, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Most Rev. Ignatius Kattey has been released by his kidnappers.
The Archdeacon of Eleme Archdeaconry of the Church, Ven. Isreal Omoisioni confirmed the development to journalists in Port Harcourt.
Omoisioni said the kidnappers dropped the cleric at a spot close to his house at Eleme in Eleme local government area of Rivers State on Saturday night.
Police public relations officer, Mrs. Angela Agabe, also confirmed the release of the Anglican Archbishop.
